Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ELEGANCE 13 Scoop is a serve-over scoop ice cream display designed to be the focal point of a parlour or café counter. It presents 0.77 m² of display area behind the glass, holding pans of ice cream at a scoopable temperature so staff can serve straight from the front while customers see the full range. The white cabinet keeps the attention on the product itself.
It runs static cooling across a -15 to -12 °C band, the working range for hand-scooped ice cream that stays soft enough to serve but firm enough to hold shape. Defrost is automatic hot gas, so it clears itself without you shutting the display down mid-service. The cabinet is rated energy class C at 4,464 kWh a year — about £1,116 a year at 25p/kWh — reflecting the demands of a glass-fronted, continuously-served display.
Externally it measures 1647 × 980 × 1340 mm and ships packed at 1749 × 978 × 1450 mm, so plan your counter run and delivery access against the packed size. At 228 kg gross it is a heavy, sited unit rather than something you reposition often, and it runs on a standard 220-240 V supply through a 13 A socket using R290 refrigerant. The interior is painted steel for straightforward cleaning between flavours.
