Yes. Each compartment is removable, so you can load them separately or as a unit. Just run it on a normal cycle. The stainless steel and copper plating are both dishwasher safe.

This model comes with six — but we also stock a 4-compartment version if you need something smaller or less complex.

The hollow base is designed for this. During service, ice underneath helps maintain chilled garnishes — citrus, herbs and soft fruit stay fresh longer. Refill ice as it melts.

Empty it's 1 kg. When fully loaded with garnishes, expect around 2–3 kg total, depending on what you fill it with. The solid stainless construction means it's stable even when packed.
