Why this pizza peel / lifter earns its place
The Prepara E3741 is an aluminium pizza peel or lifter for moving pizzas between preparation, the oven and service. Its 17 × 19 cm blade provides the working surface that slides beneath the pizza, while the 27 cm handle gives the user a direct handhold.
An aluminium peel keeps the tool light to move during a busy pizza service. The compact blade and handle make it suited to controlled lifting and transferring at the oven station.
