Why this pizza trays & accessorie earns its place
This is the pocket-sized version of the full-width pizza deck brush. At 160 mm, it's built for pizzerias working smaller oven chambers or for precise work where you need to clean around the edges without sweeping the whole deck. The aluminium handle is durable and easy to clean, and it gives you a rigid tool that won't flex mid-stroke.
The smaller head makes sense in confined spaces: a busy kitchen with a couple of tight ovens, or when you're working in a wood-fired chamber where the opening is narrower than the deck inside. It's also the right tool if you're doing detail work — cleaning specific zones rather than the whole floor.
Aluminium handles are a proven choice in commercial kitchens. They don't rot, won't splinter, and they clean up with a quick rinse. The trade-off is that they conduct heat more than wood, so don't expect to grip this right after a heavy fire load — but that's rarely a problem in practice, since you're not holding it long enough for the handle temperature to climb significantly.
