Why this product earns its place
The Merrychef ACA894 is a mesh base basket for Merrychef Eikon e2 High Speed Ovens. Its basket format provides a defined accessory for handling food within the oven rather than relying on an improvised surface.
The black finish makes the basket easy to identify in a busy prep area. As a Merrychef accessory for the e2 oven format, it suits kitchens that need the correct supporting equipment at the oven station.
