Why this accessory earns its place
The Merrychef ACA889 is a half-size deeper cooking tray for moving food from the paddle to the cookplate. Its edges catch grease and liquid, helping keep the cookplate and oven cavity cleaner during preparation.
The blue colour makes this Merrychef accessory easy to identify at the oven station. It is reusable, easy to wipe clean and stated as dishwasher safe for repeat use in a commercial kitchen.
