Why this accessory earns its place
The Merrychef ACA891 is a half-size deeper cooking tray for moving food from the paddle to the cookplate. The tray edges catch grease and liquid, helping keep the cookplate and oven cavity cleaner during preparation.
Its green colour gives this Merrychef accessory a clear visual identity in the oven station. The tray is reusable, easy to wipe clean and stated as dishwasher safe for repeat kitchen use.
