Why this dariole mould earns its place
This pack contains six aluminium mini dariole moulds, each finished in silver and sized at 60 mm in diameter by 35 mm high. Each mould holds 85 ml, and the pack has a gross weight of 0.08 kg.
The moulds are intended to give puddings a perfect cylindrical shape, which is useful when you want a smaller, tidy dessert serve with a consistent finish. The shallower profile keeps portions compact and controlled.
They are freezer safe, so you can prepare desserts ahead and hold them until service. They are not dishwasher safe, which makes them better suited to kitchens that wash smaller bakeware by hand.
