The Prepara E2536 is an 8 litre aluminium baking pan for batch baking in a commercial kitchen. Its 420 × 300 mm footprint offers a manageable working area for mixtures, doughs or prepared portions where a smaller pan is the better fit.
The 70 mm depth provides a defined baking space rather than a shallow sheet. Aluminium keeps the pan practical to move between the preparation bench, oven and storage area.
