Why this gastronorm earns its place
When a station needs serious volume — batched risotto, pulled pork for tacos, composed grain bowls or pastry cream for a dessert run — the 150 mm-deep 1/6 GN polycarbonate pan gives you 2.3 litres in the standard 162 × 176 mm footprint. That's more than double the 100 mm version without stealing an inch of extra counter space, so you prep once and serve longer without refilling.
Crystal-clear walls let you read contents at a glance during a slammed pass — no lid lifting, no guesswork, no cross-contamination risk. Vogue's polycarbonate holds optical clarity through punishing commercial dishwasher cycles, resisting the clouding and micro-scratching that turn budget pans opaque. Rated −40 °C to +100 °C, it moves seamlessly from blast freezer through fridge, microwave and bain-marie without cracking, crazing or leaching. At 250 grams it's a fraction of the stainless weight, cutting prep fatigue and making high-shelf storage safer.
The BPA-free, NSF-listed material meets EU food-contact standards (EC 1935/2004) across every station. The smooth, non-porous interior releases sticky reductions, marinades and pastry creams with a rinse or single dishwasher cycle, and pans are engineered to drip-dry fast for rapid turnover. Reinforced corners and a rolled rim absorb the impacts that split cheaper polycarbonate, and the pan nests flush with both polycarbonate and stainless 1/6 siblings for compact dry storage. Pair it with a 1/6 GN polycarbonate lid (sold separately) for an airtight seal that keeps prep fresh from morning mise through last orders.
