This is the shallower 1/6 GN option in the Cambro polypropylene range, giving you the same compact footprint with less depth. At 162 x 176 x 100 mm and 0.14 kg gross, it is easy to handle and easy to fit into a crowded line.
The translucent polypropylene body lets staff see the contents without lifting the pan, which is handy when you are working quickly between prep and service. The manufacturer says the pan is built to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, and it is both dishwasher safe and freezer safe.
That makes it a sensible choice where you want a smaller-volume pan that still works across cold storage, transport and service. It stores, serves and stacks cleanly when you are done with it.
