This 1/6 GN Cambro tray gives you a useful middle-ground size for busy prep and service work. At 162 x 176 x 150 mm and 0.2 kg gross, it has a compact footprint for the amount it will hold.
The translucent polypropylene body is there for practical reasons: you can see what is inside without lifting the pan out of the line. The manufacturer says it is built to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, and it is both dishwasher safe and freezer safe.
