Why this gastronorm earns its place
This Vogue Heavy Duty 1/6 gastronorm tray gives you a compact, standardised pan with a 150mm depth and a 2.2L capacity. Its 176 x 162 x 150mm external size makes it easy to slot into the same sixth-size system while still offering useful holding space.
Made from 304 stainless steel, it is designed as a heavy-duty working pan rather than a lightweight tray. The reinforced corners add strength where pans are handled, stacked and moved most often, which is exactly where durability pays off in a busy kitchen.
At 0.4kg gross weight, it is a manageable pan to lift, load and clean through the shift. It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it can move from prep to cleaning to storage without creating extra handling steps.
