Why this gastronorm earns its place
This Vogue Heavy Duty 1/6 gastronorm tray gives you a practical 200mm-deep pan in the compact sixth-size format. With a 3L capacity and a 176 x 162 x 200mm external size, it is built for kitchens that need a neat, standardised container that still holds a useful amount.
It is made from 304 stainless steel, with reinforced corners adding strength where pans take the most punishment in busy service. That makes it a sensible choice for daily handling in prep areas, counters and storage runs where durability matters as much as fit.
At 0.6kg gross weight, it has the feel of a solid working pan rather than a lightweight compromise. It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it can move between holding, cleaning and chilling without adding fuss to the shift.
