Why this gastronorm earns its place
When your prep calls for more depth — cooked grains, pulled proteins, layered salads or batched sauces — the 100 mm-deep 1/6 GN polycarbonate pan gives you a full 1.05 litres in the standard 162 × 176 mm footprint. That extra headroom means fewer top-ups during service and a cleaner stack in the walk-in, because each pan holds a full shift's portion for many stations, all while you can still read the contents without lifting a lid.
Vogue's polycarbonate is rated for the full professional temperature span: −40 °C to +100 °C, moving straight from blast freezer to microwave to bain-marie without cracking, crazing or chemical leaching. At 200 grams it's a third of the weight of stainless steel, cutting prep fatigue and making overhead storage safer. The material is BPA-free, NSF-listed and compliant with EU food-contact regulations (EC 1935/2004), cleared for every station from cold prep to hot holding.
The smooth, non-porous interior releases sticky glazes, marinades and pastry creams with a rinse or a single dishwasher cycle; pans are designed to drip-dry fast, keeping turnover high. Reinforced corners and a rolled rim absorb the impacts that split budget polycarbonate at the stress points, and the pan nests flush with stainless or polycarbonate siblings for compact dry storage. A matching 1/6 GN polycarbonate lid (sold separately) creates a tight seal against cross-contamination in shared coolers.
