Why this saute pan earns its place
This is a very small sauté pan with a clear job: give you a controlled 150ml capacity in a compact 80mm diameter footprint. The copper finish keeps the look smart, but the real value is in the way the pan is built to behave on the heat.
The manufacturer describes miniature pans made from aluminium thermocore sandwiched between stainless steel, with an outer layer of copper coating. That tri-wall construction is there to help the pan cook with more control, while keeping the format small and manageable for precise portions.
It is suitable for use with all cooking surfaces except induction, so it suits a wide spread of kitchen setups. The dossier also states that it is not dishwasher safe, so it should be treated as hand-wash cookware.
