Why this wine glasse earns its place
Light wines have their own requirements. A Riesling glass, a sparkling wine glass, and a general-purpose white glass are different tools with different jobs. The Verbelle Riesling at 406ml (14 oz) is shaped for wines where aroma and delicate fruit matter more than power. The bowl is larger than a champagne flute but more tapered than a standard white wine glass, creating an arc that leads the aroma toward the nose without overwhelming it.
At 225mm tall with an 80mm diameter, the Verbelle Riesling reads elegant and purposeful on the table. It's not a statement piece like a bordeaux balloon — it's a professional tool that says the kitchen knows the difference between wine styles and treats each one with respect.
The glass is built from ultra-fine tritan titanium crystal with tritan protect coating, engineered to survive commercial dishwashing without cloudiness or crazing. The laser-etched effervescent points serve dual purpose: they're practical nucleation sites for sparkling wines (giving bubbles somewhere to form), and they catch light as the wine is swirled, adding visual interest and depth to the glass.
