Why this ramekin earns its place
At 350 ml, this is the largest in the Dots range and it reads as a full bowl, not a ramekin. It's the right size for a generous pudding course, a whole soup or broth for one diner, or a shared starter meant to feed two. Stainless steel at this scale is practical: it won't absorb stock or fruit juices, won't crack under the dishwasher's thermal stress, and won't develop the microchip fractures that ceramic acquires after years of repeated heating and cooling. The metal also conducts heat faster than ceramic, so plating-to-table temperature loss is minimal.
The dot pattern on a 350 ml ramekin reads as sophisticated rather than cute — it works equally well for a starter or a dessert course. The 73 mm height is tall enough to contain a generous portion with visual impact, and the wider opening makes serving and eating natural. Stainless stacking remains compact: even a full set of three or four ramekins takes minimal pass space.
