Why this plate earns its place
The Maham Studio Spice Saffron deep plate adds a vivid yellow accent to smaller serves. Its round 160 mm format is suited to side-plate service and compact presentations, while the deep form gives the piece a more distinctive profile than a flat plate.
Made from vitrified stoneware, it has an unglazed exterior and a coloured reactive glaze on the inside. The manufacturer describes the Maham Spice collection as having the look of hand-thrown terracotta with the durability for commercial foodservice.
Designed and created by Maham Anjum, the collection is intended for restaurant and hotel dining, small bites and bar food. This plate is stackable and dishwasher safe, and comes in a 12-piece pack for service teams.
