Why this plate earns its place
A 175mm square plate is a side plate that reads intentional. Bread sits on it without the plate crowding the setting. It also works for a small starter, a cheese course, or any plated component where you want white porcelain beneath.
Porcelain is the material that survives commercial dishwashing. Churchill's glaze fires hard; chipping is slow on heavy use. At 175mm and only 2 kg for the 6-pack, these plates are light enough to handle quickly but dense enough not to feel fragile.
Square geometry on a small plate reads modern without affectation. White keeps colour and detail, and the corners let you place a garnish without the plate looking empty. Freezer-safe means you can chill them if needed for cold starters or components.
