Why this platter earns its place
335mm is the working width for sharing — wide enough for a joint or a run of antipasti, shallow enough to fit the passthrough. Porcelain holds the glaze crisp through high-temperature wash cycles and survives years of stacking and transport without crazing or clouding.
The Kiln collection uses natural reactions in the kiln to finish each piece, so the glaze pools and colours vary from platter to platter. In service, this reads as intentional character — each table gets a distinctive platter without any tooling cost or maintenance burden.
