Why this plate earns its place
Harvest Flux plates in 295 mm are the larger sibling: a proper presentation plate for fine dining, appetiser courses, or standalone dishes where you want space between the food and the rim. Each piece is hand-glazed with flowing border effects and carries a maker's mark on the reverse — craft within commercial scale.
Finest vitrified porcelain survives intensive dishwashing and polish. Grey works as a neutral backdrop or as an intentional design choice that photographs well for social media plating shots. The 295 mm coupe shape is deep enough to cradle sauce or prevent roll-off, yet coupe rims allow easy stacking and handling.
At 316 × 316 mm across, they occupy more space than a 275 mm plate but still nest when stacked. A 12-pack suits fine dining services where each cover is set individually — smaller than quantity orders for high-turnover venues, larger than single-replacement stocks.
