These large Churchill Evolve coupe dinner plates give chefs a clean, round backdrop for plated food. At 288mm in diameter, the format works with larger portions in casual dining as well as smaller, more composed portions in fine dining.
The plates are white porcelain with a superior glaze and a soft, rimless shape. Churchill describes the super vitrified body as robust enough for daily professional catering, while the glaze is designed to resist dishwashing erosion and cutlery damage.
