A fully vitrified porcelain plate with a narrow rim and flat well. At 250 mm, it sits between a starter plate and a full dinner plate—sized for lighter mains, warm starters, or shared courses where the 280 mm feels oversized. The narrow rim gives maximum plating area while keeping the profile clean and commercial.
The porcelain body is fully vitrified—fired until the glaze and body fuse—giving it strong resistance to thermal shock and the repeated wear of frequent washing. White throughout, so any chips or surface wear shows immediately and you can assess plate condition from across the pass.
Built for venues running varied menu sizes or high-volume turnover where you need more covers in rotation. The 250 mm diameter is a working size: small enough to move quickly through the wash, large enough to hold a substantial course. The pack of 12 is standard for catering restocking.
