These Arcoroc Brush Blue Jean soup plates are made for soup, stew and other saucy dishes, with a round 225mm format and a white surface framed by broad blue brush strokes. The plates are made from opal glass, which Arcoroc describes as fully tempered and around three times stronger than standard ceramic. It is designed to resist chipping, shock and breakage in demanding professional environments. The non-porous surface supports hygienic service, while the hard finish resists scratching and fading through repeated use.
They are stackable, supplied as a 12-pack and safe for commercial dishwashers and microwaves. Opal glass is also heat retentive, helping soups and other hot dishes stay warm for longer during service.
