Why this hand wash basin earns its place
The Parry MWBTCL FS338 is a low-height mobile hand wash basin for sites where a standard-height wash point is awkward to place. It is built around a stainless steel body measuring 750 x 450 x 600mm, with a 20kg gross weight.
The manufacturer describes it as ideal where an electricity supply is unavailable. A foot-operated water pump dispenses the water, keeping hand contact away from the pump control during washing and removing the need for a powered tap.
Waste water collects in an easy-removable receptacle rather than depending on fixed drainage at the point of use. That suits temporary sites, compact preparation areas and mobile catering setups where the wash point may need to be placed around the work rather than around the building services.
