Why this hand wash basin earns its place
The Basix CE986 is a compact hand wash basin for commercial kitchens and staff wash areas where a dedicated hand-wash point has to fit into limited wall space. At 195mm high, 355mm wide and 320mm deep, it is small enough for tight back-of-house positions while still giving staff a fixed basin for routine hand washing.
Basix makes this basin in Britain from robust ABS polycarbonate. The grey plastic finish keeps the unit practical and straightforward for busy service environments, and the 3kg gross weight makes it easier to handle during installation than heavier ceramic or stainless alternatives.
Taps are included, so the main basin and tap package can be specified as one item. A matching splashback is available as an option where the wall behind the hand-wash point needs extra protection.
