The KWC DVS CB089 is a stainless steel janitorial sink built for the disposal of dirty water in commercial kitchen and catering environments. It measures 565mm high, 440mm wide and 310mm deep, giving a dedicated cleaning sink without the footprint of a full wash-up station.
The manufacturer includes a splashback to help keep the wall area cleaner when dirty water is poured away. That is exactly where a bucket sink earns its keep: separating mop water and cleaning waste from food-prep, hand-wash and warewashing basins.
