Why this pot washer earns its place
The DC57-42A CP IS D is the top-spec variant of the DC57 range — designed for kitchens that combine hard water, non-standard drainage, and the need for reliable, high-volume pot washing. You get three critical features working together.
First, integral water softening means hard-water spotting is solved, detergent performs at full strength, and your chemical spend stays optimised. Second, the drain pump gives you placement flexibility — install it where you need the pot wash station, not where the nearest drain happens to be. Third, you keep the automatic chemical pumping, customisable cycle times, double-skinned cabinet and break tank that make the DC57 reliable in any kitchen.
It's a complete package. You're not retrofitting water softeners to the kitchen plumbing or struggling with drain logistics. Everything is built in and ready to support high-volume washing of pots, pans, utensils, containers, gastronorm trays and baking equipment.
