Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
FD259 is the Hobart Profi AMXT-10A twin-basket pass-through dishwasher. Hobart's source text is concise but important: this is a double-rack machine for simultaneous washing of two glass and chinaware racks, doubling the capacity of the machine per cycle.
The refreshed specification gives the external size as 1511 x 1268 x 742 mm, with 1268 mm width, 742 mm depth and 1511 mm height. That makes layout planning more critical than with a single undercounter machine, especially where inlet and exit tabling, loading space and operator movement all share the same wash area.
