Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
The SL Pass-Through 720 is a stainless steel commercial dishwasher for a proper wash-up flow: dirty ware enters from one side, clean ware leaves the other, and the machine sits between the two rather than under a counter. The cabinet measures 703mm wide by 757mm deep and stands 1494mm high, so the install needs space around it, not just space for the machine footprint.
The power requirement is 400V, 50Hz and 9kW, which puts supply planning at the front of the buying decision. Check the electrical route early, especially if the existing wash-up area has only been used for smaller front-loading machines or hand-wash sinks.
At 101kg gross weight, the 720 also needs a clear delivery path and a level final position before tabling is fitted either side. The manual controller keeps the operating side straightforward, while the stainless steel build suits the wet, heavily used environment of a commercial dishwash area.
