Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
The Classeq CP500WSSR JF791 runs on a 415V three-phase supply with 9.5kW rated input and takes a 500x500mm basket, configured on site as either a dishwasher rated at up to 720 plates an hour across four wash cycles plus a dedicated utensil programme, or a glasswasher rated at up to 1000 glasses an hour across two cycles. Click-in/out wash arms and a dual filtration system keep the basket area quick to strip down between services, and deep-clean cycles handle the harder resets.
Drain, rinse-booster, detergent and rinse-aid pumps are fitted as standard, so the machine can be specified as a complete passthrough wash station rather than a bare chamber needing separate pump decisions. The catalogue build is stainless steel with a silver finish, 635mm wide, 699mm deep and 2012mm high, with a 160kg gross weight to plan into delivery and siting.
WSSR combines an integral water softener for medium to hard water areas with a steam recovery unit that captures heat from the outgoing steam to preheat incoming water, reducing steam released into the kitchen and removing the need for extraction over the machine.
