Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
This is the same CP500 platform — 500x500mm baskets, up to 720 plates/hour across four dishwasher cycles plus a utensil programme, or up to 1000 glasses/hour across two glasswasher cycles — fitted with a steam recovery unit that captures wash-cycle heat instead of venting it as steam. This version runs on a 415V three-phase supply with 9.5kW rated input.
Captured heat preheats incoming water, cutting energy use per cycle and reducing the steam vented into the kitchen — useful where extraction over the pot-wash area is limited, or where humidity is a concern. The stainless steel, silver-finished body is 635mm wide, 699mm deep and 2012mm high, with a 160kg gross weight to account for at delivery.
Click-in/out wash arms, dual filtration, deep-clean cycles and the standard drain/rinse-boost/detergent/rinse-aid pumps carry over unchanged. This SR version still needs a separate softener in medium or hard water areas, because steam recovery and water softening solve different site problems.
