Why this dishwasher earns its place

The Winterhalter UC-S-E Energy FC640 is the Energy version of Winterhalter's undercounter UC glass and dishwashing format. It is rated for 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour, which the supplier also states as 512 glasses or 252 plates per hour, so it suits a bar or service point where glasswashing is the main job but occasional dish loads still need to be handled.

The Energy feature is the important step up here. Winterhalter describes an integral air heat recovery system that uses steam from the washing process to heat the incoming cold water supply, helping reduce running costs and improving the room atmosphere around the machine. For a front-bar or counter position, that matters because the benefit is not just throughput; it is also less heat and steam being pushed straight into the workspace.
