Why this glasswasher earns its place
The Buffalo DK772 is built for bars that need glass turnover on the counter rather than a full-size undercounter install. Its compact 425mm machine width helps it sit in smaller back-bar spaces, while the 350mm basket format and up to 30 cycles per hour give a practical wash rhythm for steady glass service.
Three washing programmes are selected from a simple digital control panel, so staff can choose the appropriate cycle without a complicated interface. Built-in detergent dispenser and rinse aid pumps support consistent chemical dosing, helping washed glasses come back ready for service without manual measuring between rounds.
The cabinet is stainless steel with a wipe-clean digital panel, useful in wet bar environments where splash and polish residue are part of the job. The listed external size is 630 x 425 x 475mm, with a 35kg gross weight, so it is still a countertop machine but needs a properly supported position and suitable access for loading.
