Why this glasswasher earns its place
The Winterhalter UC-S FC637 is an undercounter glasswasher from Winterhalter's UC range, built for sites that need serious glass throughput in a compact machine. The supplier rates it at 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour, also stated as 512 glasses or 252 plates per hour, with a 60-85°C temperature range.
Winterhalter describes this as a large-capacity undercounter dual washer. The software choice allows the machine to be configured as a glasswasher, dishwasher, bistro washer or cutlery washing machine, giving a bar or compact kitchen more flexibility than a single-purpose unit.
The cabinet is 460mm wide, 600mm deep and 715mm high, with a 64kg gross weight and silver finish. Drainage is by drain pump, and Winterhalter's manufacturer text also notes integrated detergent and rinse-aid containers that are easy to access and save space around the machine.
