Why this product earns its place
The Buffalo DK773 is a compact digital undercounter glasswasher for smaller back bar areas where a wider dishwasher would not fit. Buffalo highlights its 475mm machine width, and the full listed external size is 765 x 475 x 545mm, giving bars and venues a clear footprint to check before ordering.
The 400mm basket format is sized for glassware rather than mixed crockery loads, with up to 33 cycles per hour on the fastest cycle according to Buffalo. Maximum throughput varies with power rating and incoming water temperature, so the real figure depends on the site and programme in use.
Three effective washing programmes are selected through a simple digital control panel, and built-in detergent dispenser and rinse aid pumps support consistent cleaning without staff hand-measuring chemicals. The stainless steel build and wipe-clean digital panel keep the machine practical for everyday bar use.
