Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-M-E is built around thermal disinfection rather than ordinary warewashing. Winterhalter's source text states a 73°C wash held for three minutes to meet HMT2030, and positions the machine for care homes, hospices, hospitals and other environments where disinfection is critical.
Throughput is stated at up to 40 racks, or 1500 plates, an hour. The supplier-listed external size is 715 x 600 x 617mm, with a 72kg gross weight, stainless steel construction, silver finish and 3 year warranty.
The specification lists drainage as a drain pump and fuel type as single or three phase. It also gives a +40 to +66°C temperature range, while the manufacturer description separately states the 73°C thermal disinfecting wash, so installation and commissioning should be checked against the supplied technical data.
