Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
FD302 is the UC-L-E thermal disinfection dishwasher for sites where wash performance has to go beyond normal commercial cleaning. Winterhalter states that the model meets HMT2030 regulations by washing at 73°C for 3 minutes, and positions it for care homes, hospices, hospitals and other environments where disinfection is critical.
Throughput is also stated clearly: up to 40 racks an hour, or 1500 plates an hour. That gives the FD302 the pace for institutional meal services without stepping up to a pass-through footprint, while staying in an undercounter dishwasher format.
The refreshed supplier specification lists a 600 mm width and 617 mm depth, with gross weight at 84 kg. The external size field gives 600(W) x 617(D)mm, so the site should confirm the available undercounter height separately before ordering rather than assuming it from the matching UC-L variants.
