Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-XL-E GF418 is the higher-capacity option in this Winterhalter undercounter group, measuring 600mm wide, 637mm deep and 850mm high. It has a silver finish, 69kg gross weight and drain pump, giving operators a compact installation format with a stronger stated hourly output than the smaller UC-S and UC-M variants in this batch.
Listed capacity is 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks an hour, with output stated as 860 glasses or 542 plates per hour. VarioPower regulates washing power to suit the items being washed, so pressure levels can be matched to the load rather than held at one setting.
Eco mode reduces water pressure, detergent and rinse temperature while extending the wash cycle by up to 30%, useful for lighter runs outside peak service. The manufacturer description also calls out a touchscreen operating system for simple use, which helps where different staff cover the wash-up area across a shift.
