The Winterhalter UC-XL DE646 is the extra-large undercounter dishwasher in this Winterhalter group. The manufacturer description gives the key practical difference: a 500 x 540mm basket and 405mm entry height, with the machine capable of washing gastronorm containers as well as normal warewashing loads.
Throughput is listed two ways: 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour, equal to 860 glasses or 542 plates per hour. That makes the UC-XL useful where an undercounter machine still has to cope with a broader mix of service ware and gastronorm containers rather than just plates and cups.
