Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-L Energy is a substantial Winterhalter undercounter dishwasher for mixed glass and dish service, listed at 600mm wide, 603mm deep and 940mm high with a 75kg gross weight. It is built for counters where the machine needs to handle both bar glassware and kitchen plates without splitting the wash point across separate units.
Listed throughput is 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks an hour, equivalent to 800 glasses or 504 plates per hour depending on how the service is loaded. VarioPower regulates washing power for appropriate pressure levels according to what is being washed, so glass and dish loads are not treated as one fixed-pressure job.
Eco mode reduces water pressure, detergent and rinse temperature while extending the wash cycle by up to 30%, which suits lighter periods when speed is less important than economy. As an Energy model, GF413 also uses circulating-air heat recovery, using energy in steam to help heat the rinse water and improve the atmosphere around the wash area.
