Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The FXLS-10B is Hobart's Profi undercounter dishwasher with XL wash-chamber depth and an integrated water softener. The deeper chamber is there for items that a standard undercounter dishwasher can struggle with, including baking trays and meat trays.
Hobart describes it as an ideal partner for bakers, butchers and fast food outlets, where trays and prep ware often drive the wash-up requirement more than plates alone. The manufacturer also calls out easy operation through a touch screen control panel and features intended to help save on operational costs.
The stainless steel cabinet is listed at 600mm wide, 640mm deep and 825mm high, with a 60kg gross weight and silver finish. It uses a drain pump and the specification lists 230-400V, single or three phase fuel type, so the power supply needs checking before order.
