Why this sterilising machine earns its place
The Sirman Tower FP509 is listed as a sterilising machine and described by Sirman as a floor-standing sanitizing ozone generator. It is dedicated to mould, bacteria and virus killing, giving kitchens, washrooms and back-of-house areas a fixed-position treatment unit rather than a handheld cleaning product.
The specification keeps the practical details simple: stainless steel construction, silver finish, 144.5 mm depth and 6.5 kg gross weight. That makes it a compact tower by depth, but still a unit to position deliberately in the area where it will be stored, moved and plugged in.
Because FP509 uses a plug connection, it is easier to plan around than a specialist hardwired machine. Sites should set the operating procedure for ozone treatment, staff access and ventilation from their risk assessment and the supplied instructions.
