Why this multi purpose cleaner earns its place
This Jantex Green concentrate is a plant-based, biodegradable multipurpose cleaner built to the same low-impact standard as the rest of the Green range — non-toxic, non-flammable, non-carcinogenic and non-harmful to marine and aquatic life, complying with EC Detergent Regulation 648/2004 and REACH 1907/2006.
Its range genuinely earns the multipurpose name: it's rated for kitchen worktops, grills, floors, walls, concrete, terrazzo, vehicle surfaces, carpets and upholstery, with a dilution ratio for each job. Spray cleaning by hand runs at 1:50, damp mopping and light cleaning at 1:100, general cleaning at 1:20, steam cleaning from 1:10 to 1:45, ink, grease and oil at 1:10, floor polish and adhesive removal at 1:5, machine cleaning at 1:5-1:10, and dip tanks at 1:10 — nine distinct ratios covering nearly every cleaning method a site might use.
Being concentrated rather than ready-mixed means the 5 litre container stretches a long way once diluted to the ratio the job calls for, cutting down on both packaging waste and storage space compared with buying separate ready-to-use products for each surface type.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
