Why this ice cube machine earns its place
The TEFCOLD TC37 is the smallest of these three TC cubed-ice machines, but it is still a proper commercial machine rather than a token back-bar extra. TEFCOLD states 37 kg of production per 24 hours and 16 kg of storage, making it a sensible choice for sites that need clear cubes on demand but do not need the output of the larger TC57 or TC85.
It makes individual clear ice cubes of approximately 31 x 35 x 31 mm using a spray system. That matters for drinks service because the cubes are distinct, clean-looking and slow melting, rather than a mass of wet ice that breaks down quickly in the bin. For cafes, smaller bars, restaurants and fast-food venues, the TC37 gives staff a ready bin of cubed ice without relying entirely on bought-in bags.
TEFCOLD builds the TC37 in high quality catering grade 304 stainless steel, with a verified SS304 exterior finish. The insulated storage bin is accessed from the front and uses Ag+ easy-clean surfaces to help prevent bacteria and odours. The scoop is included, the air filter is easy to remove and clean, and the machine is supplied with four legs plus four adjustable feet.
