Why this ice machine earns its place
The FA007 is the full-cube version of Ice-O-Matic's CIM1135 modular ice machine. It is made for bars, hotels, restaurants and venues that need a large, consistent supply of long-lasting clear ice, but already have or are specifying a separate storage bin rather than buying a self-contained undercounter unit.
Full-cube ice is the classic choice for premium drinks presentation and slower dilution. It is the better fit when the ice itself is visible in the glass and needs to hold its shape through service.
The CIM1135 platform is also built to be easier to place. Ice-O-Matic highlights hot-air discharge from the top and the right side, giving more freedom in tight plant rooms, bar support areas and equipment runs where conventional rear or side clearance can create problems.
