Why this ice machine earns its place
The FA006 is the half-cube version of the Ice-O-Matic CIM0825 modular ice machine. It is a production head rather than a self-contained machine, so it belongs above a separate ice bin in a bar, restaurant, hotel or events setup where storage volume needs to be chosen around the site.
Half-cube ice suits fast-paced service. It falls easily into glasses, works well for soft drinks and mixed drinks, and gives operators a practical alternative to full-cube ice when speed, volume and glass fill are more important than a larger cube presentation.
The CIM0825 is designed to make installation less restrictive. Ice-O-Matic's top and right-side hot-air discharge gives more flexibility than a layout that can only breathe in one direction, which is useful when the ice machine has to fit into a real equipment line rather than an empty showroom.
