Why this accessorie earns its place
The 7013.2780 is the compact member of this inclined crushed-ice-bin format: a 1/1 GN counter insert for sites that want a proper ice point without committing a long run of counter space. It is made for service, not storage in the back of house.
That matters in busy drink and display work. Crushed ice is only useful when staff can reach it quickly, keep it contained and manage meltwater properly. The inclined form brings the ice towards the operator, so the bin suits front-of-house stations where access and presentation both count.
Combisteel names AISI 304 and an operating-side drain on this model. Those two facts shape the buying decision: it is a fitted stainless steel ice well, and the drainage position needs to be considered as part of the bar, buffet or counter design.
