Why this accessorie earns its place
The Combisteel 7013.2790 is the 3/1 GN version of the inclined crushed-ice bin, made for counters where chilled display is part of the sale. It gives operators a stainless ice bed for presenting products over crushed ice without turning the counter into a loose, improvised setup.
The inclined format is the reason this piece exists. It helps bring the display forward, making bottles, seafood, garnishes or chilled food presentation easier to see and easier to work from. In a busy service line, that is often more useful than a deeper, flatter well.
Combisteel names AISI 304 stainless steel and a drain on the operating side, both important details for a wet counter installation. The drain position should be treated as part of the design: it affects where the bin sits, how staff work around it and how cleaning is handled at the end of service.
